Jazzed over jewels? Trendy Indian Jewelry

Happy Friday Fab Fashionistas!

Prior to getting my job in DC, I was job searching and had a phone interview at a company  in NYC called Amrita Singh. They make designer Indian Jewelry. At the time, the job didn’t seem like the best fit for me. I chickened out of the idea of moving to the Big Apple and had just got out of a bad job experience at a small company so I was looking for a larger organization. Therefore I declined the follow up in person interview BUT I still follow them through all of their social media channels and love looking at the awesome pieces on their website.

If you are looking for trendy statement jewelry, I recommend shopping their site. They have a wide selection and variety of bangles, bracelets, necklaces, rings, head pendants, and more. You can shop by item or collection. The The Hamptons collection is my fav!

They have plenty of simpler pieces too if you’re seeking something that you can wear with everything, like the fun star crystal stud earrings or the Zara station necklace, both pictured below:

They also have all sorts of accessories: sandals, handbags, cosmetic bags, bangle towers, eyewear cases, and even Home Decor! The Marilyn Monroe Home Collection is pretty awesome  I must say.

The prices are pretty reasonable starting at $20 and going up to $300+ if you are looking for a more upscale piece. Oh, and I should mention Amrita Singh is having a 50% off sale sitewide for the fourth of July weekend AND orders of $25+ ship free. I have not actually bought a piece yet but I will definitely be taking advantage of the deal this weekend and I’ll be sure to update you on what I buy and how I like it.

So my Fab Fashionistas, heres the question of the day: Have you tried Amrita Singh? If so, tell me about your experience. You can also tweet your response and images of your fav jewels via Twitter @SusieinstyleDC.
